This course is designed to show the different elements of the SymSure framework and how they operate together. It includes information on how best to deploy the system based upon the current infrastructure in place, housekeeping best practices and how to deal with any issues that may arise.

Implementing business processes within the SymSure framework is a core skill that determines the success of the final application. This course educates SymSure implementers on the key steps and considerations in the implementation process. It also covers the finer points of actual hands-on development of the data analysis and scripts to generate the results and how best to integrate those results into SymSure. 

The SymSure user dashboard is an intuitive but powerful interface. User training is therefore important in getting users up to speed quickly and enabling them to take full advantage of the dashboard features. It is also recommended that the user training sessions are based upon the actual reports that will be used in the business processes being monitored. Users therefore learn how to effectively interpret and manage the results that are generated.

SymSure offers both open enrolment, off-site classes as well as onsite training. Any of the classes can be tailored to specific environments, content and requirements as need be.
