SymSure is prepared to enter into a variety of relationship structures with potential partners to create strategic alliances. The program is designed to enable potential partners to work with SymSure on an interactive basis towards a formal long-term relationship. SymSure enables partners to earn commissions that reflect the partner’s level of engagement. Commissions reflect the degree to which SymSure carries the primary responsibility for managing the sale. At the most proficient levels, where partners are qualified to manage each sales opportunity with little pre-sales support from SymSure, discounts reach 45%.

SymSure reserves formal partnerships for market-leading vendors that desire not only to exploit the opportunity to leverage SymSure solutions and differentiate their own products from the competition, but also to develop a comprehensive plan for approaching the market. Such partners work with SymSure to develop a go-to-market strategy that includes focused sales and marketing campaigns aimed at achieving aggressive sales targets and generating customer success stories.

Technical Training

One of the keys to success in achieving our joint business objectives involves ensuring that the solution fits the client’s needs. To this end, technical training in the intricacies of products offered by SymSure, including the efforts required to implement. Partners are therefore required to commit a number of people (determined by partner level and pre-qualifications required) to attend technical training to ensure understanding of the products and a consistent approach to delivery of solutions. SymSure Limited offers both Pre-Sales and Post-Sales technical Support.

In agreed circumstances, this training can be delivered by integrating SymSure technical staff as part of the solution team proposed to the customer. The partners are trained during the course of the delivery of this service.
